About this product

• This is a specialized abdominal core-conditioning machine designed to target the rectus abdominis and obliques through an upward-curving path. Moving away from selectorized pec dec fly columns, stationary barbell stands, or standard flat benches, this device utilizes a bottom-up motion pattern. The user rests their forearms and elbows on the elevated padded upper cradle, grips the handles, and places their knees on the mobile lower slider carriage. By contracting the abdominal wall, the user pulls the leg carriage upward along the dual polished steel curving rails, efficiently lifting the lower body weight against gravity without stressing the lower back or neck.
