About this product

This is a heavy-duty, plate-loaded lower leg station designed to isolate the gastrocnemius muscle through a biomechanically optimized movement path. Moving away from 45-degree sliding leg press sleds, chest-supported rows, or horizontal benches, this white-coated frame positions the user in an upright, slightly forward-leaning posture. The setup incorporates thick padded shoulder rests that track along a pivoting arc lever arm, paired with a low-profile angled foot block at the base. Users place the balls of their feet on the block and extend their ankles upward against the shoulder pads, utilizing direct manual Olympic plate-loading pegs located on the moving carriage to increase mechanical resistance.
