About this product

• This is a dedicated posterior-chain fitness station designed specifically to isolate and strengthen the hamstring muscles (biceps femoris, semitendinosus, and semimembranosus). Unlike the previous bicep preacher or squat units, this machine positions the user in a prone (lying face down) posture on an ergonomically contoured, angled bench that supports the lower back and pelvis during knee flexion. It incorporates a pin-selected weight stack column for instant resistance changes, a pivoting lower roller pad that self-adjusts to different leg lengths, and side stability handles to keep the body secured against the pads throughout heavy lifts.
