About this product

This heavy-duty, freestanding strength training machine is specifically engineered to target and develop the upper trapezius (traps) and upper back muscles. It features a robust, white-painted steel base supporting a massive pivoting leverage arm structure. As a plate-loaded machine, the resistance is manually adjusted by sliding standard Olympic plates onto the heavy weight pegs located at the rear of the arms. It is uniquely equipped with multi-grip handles, giving users the option to choose between wide, narrow, or neutral hand placements to target different angles of the shoulders and neck safely while eliminating the balancing difficulties of heavy dumbbells or barbells.
