About this product

This is a commercial-grade back development machine meticulously engineered to build thickness and definition in the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, and middle trapezius muscles. It features a heavy-duty, black-coated steel base supporting a vertical chest pad and an adjustable seat that completely stabilizes the spine, eliminating momentum during pulling movements. As an iso-lateral machine, it utilizes independent moving lever arms labeled "Fitness" that allow users to train both sides of the upper back simultaneously, one arm at a time, or with alternating strokes. It is a plate-loaded machine equipped with dual manual weight pegs near the base, giving athletes a natural, converging path of motion that reduces stress on the wrists and shoulders.
